The Risks of AI Regulating Misinformation
Google's chat GPT can learn from itself and contribute to what counts as information down the line. In another year or so, when you go to Google, if the information that is being brought in as a result is first from the generative AI, it will matter who contributed to sourcing it and who didn't. We could have a situation where information is so easily manipulable if we go down that path. And that's why these calls for more term are specifically interesting because what happens in that regard? The commercial deployments of it have their own implications.
