How to Measure Progress in Climbing

I drink alcohol before training days, so it makes those decisions really easy. I'm constantly checking little goal boxes because I have a lot of play with the difficulty of my goals. My objectives in climbing this coming year are pretty tall,. Like a lot of climbing and my gym's walls are 40 to 45 feet. It just felt like a next step that was organic. And every time I succeeded in that progression, it was celebrating a mini win.
