I'm Completely Disconnected From My Body, Right?
A lot of us probably don't realize that we're disconnected from our bodies. And then we don't know what that means to how do I get more connected with my body? Right. Um, so for instance, I started to feel my feelings in my body. My therapist would say, where are you feeling this? And I would be like, in my head. Yeah. So when we tell people to not trust their emotions, then that, that just makes this so much worse because emotions are feelings in the body. It's a very Westernized thing that we're dealing with.
