The Importance of Continuous Forecasting

If you're not doing your forecast at the beginning of the release slash, slash project right there and then going, this is the plan, then you will probably be attracted more towards those other assumptions that muddy your forecast. And in my opinion, again, you have absolutely no excuse to not do continuous forecasting because you understand what we're trying to do. You see how easy it is. We have these fancy things called, called computers that really probably usually all you have to do is push a button and it turns out a simulation.
