What i'm hearing through clearly and in higher describing it kind of comes to me as it's really kind of the full empathy. Its not just appreciating who the person is and who their problem is, or what their problem is,. But it's also how do they find solutions to their problem and continue a journey from there. If you don't start in that right point, if you're solving for the wrong person, or if you sort of understand their pain or their sort of adisco process wrong, you're going to be found. And so this is all superimportant, foundational stuff, out of the gates exactly.
