There's still an over focus on the individual developing their self-awareness, but not leadership development. That kind of parallels to what goes on in the team coaching sessions itself. So if the team leader is too busy or I don't have time for that, is there outsourcing of leadership going on in that team? And my answer is most definitely yes.
