In the olden days, and i hate this term, we used the word traditional suregacy which i say, thereis really nothing traditional about it. The traditional surgat is the woman who is pregnant with her own child. Ititas entered into a contract that when that child is born, she will surrender it to hoever a. So we move from that to the model of gustational surigacy - where the woman is pregnant with somebody else's egg, created embryo. We're finding seing in the medical literature that we know that these surgat pregnaces, gestational surga pregnace, are high risked.
