Is Housing Going for a Hard Landing?

Housing heading for a hard landing. That is pretty much guaranteed now, virtually assured with what we're seeing. My question is, on this hard landing that is all but assured, could the wheels come off? Could we have the crash landing in housing? And if we do, then you've got a situation developing like 2008. What I'm saying is that you choose your own level of risk. You have to manage risk. If you don't, then the wrong decision when one of those major bear markets hits can change your life. Yeah.
