The Pros and Cons of Property Investors
About 30% of the market has been provided by property investors. There is still in the head to provide rental accommodation and I feel like in the affordability debate that often gets lost. We're just at a point where we had an affordability challenge when we were coming up we had to move further and further out. People are going to have to have that bias decision quadrant where they go. If you want to live in Sydney, be careful what you wish for.
