What Happened to the Bar?

Lawyers who knowingly present briefs in court that they know are full of lies should be disbarred, says John Avlon. The bar should have rule that it is unethical to undermine democracy, he argues. "If you made it up at a whole cloth, then you probably knew it was false," adds Avlon.
