Price and Perceived Value

Price can be a factor in how much people think a pill or cure worked for them. Arieli and his team did a series of tests where a brochure claimed the power of a pill called veladone. In one brocher, it cost two dollars and 50 cents per pill. This has been tested with aspiran. When you have the brand name of aspiran, people feel like it cures their ailments better than if it's a generic. It works with energy drinks and a whole host of other items. And this shows how price and perceived value are linked in the human brain. Higher price means it must be better and have value. So remember, value is subjective. Value changes
