Is Meditation a Winning Experiment?

The science is quite clear that this analogy is accurate. If you do more bicep curls, your biceps will get bigger and stronger. And so, meditating is just intentionally using that focus circuit for a long period of time to essentially stress it like if you were lifting weights or if you were going for a run. For some people, it's also just not the right thing. Some people will fall asleep with it. So again, we're going to try, hey, if meditation doesn't work for you either because you don't see the results or you can't really fit in your life, great. Let's try breathwork."
