The Importance of Primacy and Recency in Learning
I'm quite big into personal development, self development and stuff like that. And by going full time at GFC now, there's so much innovation that I can bring in there that just isn't being done yet. So I've been building that out. I've been looking at my content strategy,. I've been doing SWOT analysis. Like, I don't just talk about these things and not actually do them. It helps for everyone because you have the primacy and recency effect. The compound effect is probably one of the most life changing books that I've read.
