Michael Dudley's Bail Was Set at $5 Million but He Was Not Put Away for Anything
In court Dudley was charged with two counts of second degree murder. His bail was set at $5 million but in March his defense attorneys requested that the bail be reduced to $500,000 so he could get out of jail and be put on electronic detention at home. 11 people wrote letters to the judge vouching for Dudley but I can't really imagine that the judge cares how popular you are as a human when you're on trial for two murders. Jessica's aunt Gina again said she was there at the hearing over the bail and she told the judge she was worried about him getting out for multiple reasons.
