The Supreme Court handed down two decisions this week with justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch skipping the session altogether. With 18 cases left to go, I can pretty much promise that the next two weeks are going to be all kinds of mayhem. We're bringing in some big guns to explain why it is that SACET may well prove to be the most consequential water case of a generation.
