The Importance of Baptism Change in a Church

Pastor: Pastors can change on baptism and remain orthodox. He says he went from a moralist view of the Lord's Supper to a more spiritual presence. But then, yeah, how does that apply to membership? What do you do with Baptists who have been attending your church for years but don't want to be members? Is there charity and letting them come to the table at some point?
