Are You Practicing Gratitude Deliberately?

i aspire to practise gratitude deliberately more often, but i think that i'm typically in a position where it's not being so deliberate about anything other than get it done. Andd as we talked about earlier, use necessity as a tool. So gratitude is like going above and beyond, and like being a good person wilfully, so to speak. But i would say a lot of the time i'm sort of an auto pilot, and just figuring tomake how to make things work as a runner at least.
