The Imposter Syndrome in Enablement
I've never carried a bag I haven't been a salesperson. So there's a sense of I have to get in it to be able to be, you know, confident sharing it but also credible. And those two things are really important to me and probably a little bit my imposter syndrome being in enablement. The biggest failures is when we don't do that, because then we can get sidetracked or the focus can be come changed,. Or we don't bring somebody along that could be critical in the future.
