The Importance of Disguise in Restaurant Reviews

I'm glad I don't have to do it anymore. You know, you can be very funny writing mean reviews but the real obligation is to the consumer. It's not fair to them if you're saying that someone who's only doing a mediocre job is better than they really are. The best disguise I ever had was as my mother. My father and I were dying while mom was sending this stuff back.
