Is Performance Anxiety Normal?
Some elements of performance anxiety is normal like we some people actually we want to be in this state where we're a little bit amped up but can help performance. There's a point at which it is truly not helpful. I feel like a lot of stuff is coming back to the same stuff but when we have such this you need to perform and failing a workout equals failure. It starts to lead to a lot of anxiety with workouts.
