The Growing Pains of Onboarding 700 People

The company grew so fast in such a short period of time right on boarding 700 people and you say having thousands others users contractors. What were some of the growing pains in that or you know what was some of the things that you did to allow you to onboard so many people right because that's a big challenge. Yeah, so what was important is that we really wanted to make a difference. Okay, we wanted to be a company that is different.
