Gold Is Still Outperforming the Spy Number One
I have not changed my long term view of gold at all. And in fact, it's still outperforming the spy number one. Gold did last year clear the two year business cycle and retraced almost to the tick of that 23 month moving average at around 168 or let's call it 1800 in the future. So all it did to me was gone right back down to a perfect support level. Now we can see it's bouncing a little bit in the face of all this talk. But I'm still betting on stagflation because we have not been able to clear over that two yearbusiness cycle into a better period for the US economy.
