I'm actually glad you brought up that anxiety around eating out because I see that come my way, decent amount. And every time they have to go out to eat becomes this big anxious experience and it turns into a mess. So yeah, in that case, I would maybe talk them out of a deficit for a while and just practice eating at maintenance and just being able to fix whatever's going on with that.
