It's definitely an interesting problem because if you don't know enough about what a tool does, then youdon't know what you might be able to do with it. One thing that we're building are sort of this notion of guided flows, which is identifying these common classes of use cases and guiding users through them from beginning to end. We found it to be hugely versatile as a technology. And I think companies like Google and Meta have found this as well. They use it for personalization and recommendations and so on and so forth. But yeah, it's always possible that someone comes up with some new use case that we just haven't thought of"

Machine learning is a transformative tool for the organizations that can take advantage of it. While the frameworks and platforms for building machine learning applications are becoming more powerful and broadly available, there is still a significant investment of time, money, and talent required to take full advantage of it.
