Food Labelling Can Be So Misleading
Food labelling in general can be so misleading. Companies are legally allowed to put the term whole grain on the box if there's just 51 % of whole grain in the food. But don't get me started with transfats. That's even more clous where companies are allowed to round down from zero point five grams to zero grams of transfats per serving. If you're really trying to get all whole grains in your food, you really have to look for the a, a hundred% whole grain because that guarantees it.
