The Benefits of Hit Training for Mitochondria
Researchers found that the mitochondrial activity increased quite robustly after the hit training. In our younger group, we saw increases of approximately 40 to 50%. And in the older groups, we saw Increases of upwards of 60 to 70%. That is hugely encouraging, particularly if you're over 65 like I am.
