Ray's 911 Tapes Reveal What He's Heard on the 911 Tape

A legal loophole allows Ray to reveal parts of what he's now heard on that 911 tape. The loophole is based on the fact that a detective named Vincent Steffen had written a letter to Newsday about what Shannon said in the 911 call. "I can tell you answers to any questions about what the police said in public, but not what I learned from the tape itself," says Ray.
