How to Be a Crazy Customer
You wake up at 4 30 a.m. every Wednesday through Sunday to do your barbecue. You open at 12 30 on those days and you are ready to roll. I've never, I've never been to a place where you like, I don't know the server or whatever is so friendly with the staff. It's just like a homey experience. That's how I want to make everybody feel. And it ain't always about the food, man. It's simply just putting out a port of customer...I'm an outstanding guy.
