How to Be Concise and Considerate in a Panel Discussion
With concise, it's not only polite to the other panelists and to the audience which wants to cover a broad range of topics. Soundbites are what people remember. If you ramble on forever, people won't remember a single thing you said. Plan ahead. I actually literally write out ideas of how I could say things because the first time you say it, there'll be so much waste. So talk it out. Think about it ahead of time.
