Tucker and i really saw work as like an avenue for personal growth. The best way to grow personally iske to get feedback as you're doing things. And work is a good avenue to get that feedback. We can be one part of that cycle in someone's life. A lot of those things were areas where they would want to work more like us, but they just thought it wasn't allowed.
