The Trade-Off Between Land Tax and Property Development
If you don't have a project manager or legal representative down there, it's going to be harder. If someone is trying to do some of this handsome stuff inte state, that does change the game. And in bruce's case, the trade off is simple. You've amped up your land taxand now you're at the highest threshold,. It only gets worse from here, you know. I realize that this is just the way it is, but i can't help feeling like nine thousand 700 dollars is a huge amount of money to pay for such a short time.
