Did He Have a Master's Degree?

Riggie claims to have worked as a criminal profiler in florida for 35 years. To get a license, he needed a doctorial programme and proof of that. He never mentioned having such a degree so i don't think he had it. Riggie also has a criminal record which puts him between 19 92 and two thousand two actually.
