Web Components

DevTools uses native web components with a little library called lit HTML, which takes care of the re-rendering of HTML efficiently into the DOM for us. The team just decided that let HTML was the way to go. It seemed like Google still had this sort of, I don't know, if vision is the right word, but this may be goal of getting people to use web components for normal development.
