People have started to talk about web three, which is the idea that block chains will begin to underpin the current web. People are starting to talk about using the block chain to actually store the data itself. But there's still risk of people uploading dox or child abuse material and then not moderating it properly. If you live in a world where everyone has their own private 'block chain', how can we prevent this from happening?
