There should be some history and some value exchange here. When we enter the conversation, this person isn't a total stranger. We know what the common ground is. And so we can build that into our conversation. That makes the conversation so much more fun and so much less stressful. It's typically taken a longer period of time where layers of trusts have been built, layers of value have been added.
