The Smile, the Physicality of the Smile, and the Feeling of Joy

With bell's palsy, it really disrupts this energy between the inner and the outer. And when you can't smile, i think you don't get as many a happy hormels coming through body and to the face. The idea that physically producing the smile creates the sense of peace during meditation was interesting for me. I'm deeply aware of all these different acting techniques: method actor would try to find a memory or a feeling internally and then express that on their face. An i think the buddhists were aware of that technology long ago.
