The First Step Is to Get Biden Out of the Way
The reality is that Biden has not put forward a program and use what's called the bully pulpit effectively enough to counter the right-wing demagoguery. Even the most progressive elected representatives haven't gone so far yet on the record to say that Biden should step down, let alone that they would run again. We see the first step is get Biden out of the way. He's blocking the path to a candidate more likely to defeat the Republicans and certainly more inclined to fight for a progressive agenda.
