Is the 9-Cell Competency Model Still in Use?

Bob Lominger: Two years ago when Roger and I decided to build the suite of tools, we talked to CHROs that we knew and we detected competency fatigue. We have 92 practices in the three libraries in team telegent. And you don't need an interpreter because the practices stated in your language, in your Wikipedia that's in your brain. So there is competency fatigue in the marketplace.
