I personally have kafir every day and that's probably the type of fermented food that has the most clinical evidence for it. The thing is it's not going to be again a quick fix. I don't think people should be paying like 10 pounds for a teeny little pot of sourcra. It literally takes two minutes. Even if they do pasteurize it and heat it and kill the bacteria it still does contain some of those organic acids.
