With data, you might want to like say well we'll give your competitors access to your data but then there might be like privacy concerns. So it's much easier to do structural remedies that kind of like very clean breaks with compute because you can just be like right these data centers belong to this company,. Right so those are reasons that compute might be better for effective enforceability. The other one that I'm going to talk about today is the nature and relationship of actors. We don't yet know what's going to happen in the upcoming decades with AI development," he said.
