Catherine: We so rarely have psychopaths in Christie, but like this is the most famous example and probably the most effective too. She says it reminded her a little bit of the hollow, which is light on clues, heavy on character and has a revelatory ending whose power much more relies on character than plotting. Catherine: This book is never even pretending get it still tricks you and it makes the ending that much more shocking.
