There were discoveries from the LHCB experiment, which had been announced to great fanfare last year or two years ago. And then there was basically a claim that no, we don't have new physics discovery. So that was kind of a disappointment. There may have been other phenomena where you witness these huge announcements, but then the breakthroughs don't hold up. That's a tribute and a testimony to the self-correcting nature of science.
