Is Over-Pronation Good or Not?

P pronation is basically when your foot like hits the ground when you foot strike, it kind of turns. We don't really know how much over-pronation is good or not good. It can still have a positive outcome because it reaches the line going through. You may find actually the normal looking foot is moving more - but it doesn't look as severe to you,. But it's actually moving more to that one.
