And frederick babcock, who was one of the architects of the modern apprasal industry helped really create these explicitly racist appraisal logics and methods that are still used to day with this sort of explicit reference to racial categories removed. So i walk you through some of the the common or the starm of the major dynamics that i saw in cot of the history f the apraisal industry and then in the present when did ethnographic work and interviews with appraisers.
