What's the Unstated Major Premise?

i think this is a very subtle logical fallacy, and it's one that is listed. i feel like pais a i on taning ain often does an unstated major premiseer,. probably multiple and stateme. So the guy whos saying don't go to the restaurant, is the one committing the informal yes. But then how ar you suposed to participate in society if there areno mandates? You're kind of nibbling around the edge of what i think is the corps problem here.
