Meredith Bogg said, when an eight enters a room, they flip on a light switch and they just bring the energy. And I think that's how people who are any of your eight can help others is by letting down their guard when appropriate to say, I am figuring this out too. They're just appointed for an assignment right now if they're in a leadership position, but the more vulnerable they can be the better it is for everybody.
