By 2017, things were really bad. People were getting snatched off the streets. It was the perfect excuse to ramp up restrictions. Having links to anything or anyone abroad is enough to get you in trouble. And children aren't exempt. Imran was just 11 when the Chinese police seized him from his family for 12 hours and interrogated him. He can hardly bear to talk about it. Not only me, millions of we was in exile, at home.
