How to Learn a Language

I try to learn practical expressions I will give you an example or two it slipped my mind or to pick someone's brain. and I also want to say that I am also a highlighter right I love highlighting stuff so for example even this interview let's say if I put it into my software and to my editing software first thing I would do is to highlight the expression that you used before to rub your head around something.
