Jesus is doing it mindfully. He's tapping to a long tradition where God's presence is experienced and expressed as breath, as ruach. So I want to invite, we'll just do a quick experience of Jesus-centered mind. We'll be breathing if you're not yourself,. Father Jesus, you can either just watch or you can experiment and join in, whatever you'd like. What I want you to do is to practice breathing through your nose, mindfully because when we're anxious, we breathe through our mouth.
