I just felt like the framing of it kind of misunderstands how it is that activities that are rare can have tremendous effects if the event is potent enough to involve enough people and to draw enough attention. And I don't know that just being like, Hey, it's rare. Cool your jets a little bit is the right approach. There's something like maybe we shouldn't do active shooter drills but not because of the rarity or the likelihood of the thing but because of other reasons because they don't do anything.
